The members of the Board of Directors, using their experience and specialized knowledge, formulate and guide strategies for the development of economic relations and international cooperation.The executive base of the Joint Chamber is its secretariat located at the Iranian Chamber of Commerce, Industries, Mines and Agriculture, which is responsible for coordinating executive affairs, organizing programs, communicating with members, and following up on the approvals of the Board of Directors.The Joint Chamber, in close cooperation with the Iranian Chamber and official institutions of the two countries, paves the way for the implementation of joint projects and supports the specialized activities of the Joint Chamber at the national and international levels.
The Board of Directors of the Iran-Spain Joint Chamber of Commerce is elected from among the eligible members of the Chamber and operates on a voluntary and non-profit basis to achieve the goals of the Chamber and the collective interests of the members.
