Visa application registration steps

Complete the required information step by step: After selecting the date, complete the relevant forms. It is recommended to have the visa form and the required photo ready before this step.
Make sure that the email you enter is accessible and verifiable.

Important points and recommendations

Paying money to employees or intermediaries is strictly prohibited. No official employee of the embassy, ​​consulate or visa center will ask for payment to reserve an appointment or expedite the visa process.Reserve your appointment only through the official website. Avoid making deposits to personal accounts and always obtain a receipt if you use optional services.
The decision to issue a visa is the sole responsibility of the competent authorities. The Visa Center has no role in the decision-making process. Report any illegal requests to antifraud@spainvisa-iran.com.
Beware of unauthorized intermediaries; all reservations must be made through official centers.
After submitting your application, postpone your trip until you receive the visa result.
In emergency situations (serious family illness, urgent treatment, essential business trip), a passport can be obtained temporarily; the request must be submitted at least five working days before the trip.
If you do not use the reserved date, cancel it via the website at least 48 hours in advance.
The Embassy is not responsible for passengers who are denied boarding by the airline or immigration.A bank deposit is not required to obtain a visa.
Appointment booking, checklist and application form are provided free of charge.
The visa center does not provide any other services.

Terms of business invitation from a Spanish company

Official language and format
The letter must be written in Spanish.
Issued on the official letterhead of the Spanish company and must include the seal and signature of the CEO or authorized legal representative
The destination must be Spain only.
Information of the invitee and the host
Specify who is planning to travel in what capacity and in what company.
The exact date of the trip and the specific purpose of the trip should be mentioned (business meetings, exhibitions, contracts, training, etc.).Include the invitee’s passport details.
Expenses and itinerary
Indicate who will pay for the travel expenses (flight, accommodation, food, etc.).
Attach a daily itinerary.
Legal and registration details of the Spanish company
Company’s DNI or CIF number.
Official company registration details in Spain (Registro Mercantil).
Additional recommendations
Indicate that the invitee will return to their country after the end of the trip.
Include the host’s contact details (telephone number and email) for confirmation by the embassy.
If travel or civil liability insurance is provided, indicate this.

The Schengen visa form, the list of official translation agencies approved by the Spanish Embassy, ​​is placed in the Application Form section, as well as the insurance companies approved by the Embassy in the Documents Required section of this page.

All Persian documents must be officially translated into Spanish.

However, some documents that are issued in standard English do not require translation; including:

Schengen visa form,

Six-month bank statement,

Letter of financial means (if issued in English by the bank, at the request of the applicant).

Due to the possibility of sudden changes in visa fees and brokerage services, it is recommended to bring more euros with you when you apply so that the application registration process can be completed without problems.
