Membership
Membership in the Iran and Spain Chamber of Commerce presents a valuable opportunity to join a distinguished network of business leaders, entrepreneurs, and forward-thinking companies dedicated to fostering bilateral cooperation.
Members benefit from professional services, access to reliable business intelligence, and the opportunity to participate in joint economic and cultural programs that strengthen sustainable relations between Iran and Spain.
Types of Membership
Membership in the Joint Chamber is categorized into three types: Regular, Observer, and Honorary.
Regular Membership
Applicants for regular membership must hold a valid business license (Commercial Card) or a valid membership in one of the Chambers of Commerce, Industries, Mines, and Agriculture of Iran, or the Chamber of Cooperatives. Payment of the admission fee and annual membership dues, as well as acceptance of the Chamber’s Statute and the regulations of the Iran Chamber, are required.
Observer Membership
Non-resident individuals or legal entities may apply for observer membership by presenting an introduction letter from the Chamber’s foreign counterpart in the partner country. If such an institution is not available or accessible, an introduction letter from any recognized Chamber of Commerce in the partner country is acceptable. Observer members may benefit from the Chamber’s services, but do not have the right to attend or vote in assemblies.
Honorary Membership
Honorary membership is granted to distinguished individuals who have significantly contributed to strengthening economic relations between Iran and the partner country, or who are expected to provide valuable contributions in the future. Honorary members are admitted upon the proposal of a Board Member and approval of the Board of Directors. They are exempt from membership dues; while they do not have voting rights, they may offer advisory opinions.
Rights and Responsibilities
All regular members enjoy equal rights and responsibilities and are required to pay their annual membership fee upon issuance or renewal of their membership.

Form, depending on the type of your business license, and send the completed form along with the required documents through one of the following channels:
