Public Notice from the Iran–Spain Joint Chamber of Commerce

The Iran–Spain Joint Chamber of Commerce hereby informs all members of the business community that cases of misuse of the Chamber’s name have been observed in announcements and calls related to trade delegations, exhibitions, and travel services.

It is hereby emphasized that membership in the Chamber does not, under any circumstances, imply endorsement or approval of an individual’s or company’s actions, conduct, or business activities by the Chamber.

Accordingly, all economic operators are strongly advised to verify the authenticity of any announcements or invitations issued under the name or with claims of cooperation with the Iran–Spain Joint Chamber of Commerce directly through the Chamber’s official Secretariat before taking any action or entering into collaboration.

Please note that any misuse of the Chamber’s name, logo, or reputation will be subject to legal action through the competent authorities.
